A weekend in… London

Here are, briefly, the places you should not miss if you visit London for a weekend. Have a nice trip and enjoy!

Tate Modern

An former power station in the heart of London, Tate Modern has kept its typical red brick building but hosts today some of the major exhibitions of modern and contemporary art in the world. Do not miss the museum bookstore, the most comprehensive and best stocked of all London museums libraries. You should reserve a morning for this tour…

Borough Market

This is a typical market: traditional, artisanal, packed with all kinds of stuff, colorful, cosmopolitan. Stroll among the stalls, enjoy the different cheeses, try the English cupcakes! The perfect breakfast? Try the pumpkin tortellini from Tua Pasta and a Banana-Apple-Passion Fruit juice from The Natural Smoothie. Enjoy!

Oxford St/Regent St

Girls, this is an essential stop. You will find hundreds of brands, in concepts stores on several floors. One of our favorites is Anthropology, which combines fashion, design, cosmetics and accessories. Oops, I did it again…!

Primrose Hill

Let’s go! We can take the hike up to Primrose Hill! Located in the Camden borough, this hill is 78-meter high and offers a stunning view over London. You can be Xavier from Les Poupées Russes, bring your Wendy and admire the view together. This will impress her for sure.

Honest Burgers

Because London without a burger is just not London. In this small restaurant in Soho, you will enjoy without doubt one of the most famous burgers in the city, for a good price. For a perfect menu, accompany them to a lemonade home. Avoid the rush hours, because this restaurant has many clients!

Now come on let’s have fun!
