Discover young talents at the Circulation Festival

Take advantage of the weekend and discover the young talents of photography from all over Europe. The work of 44 European artists exhibited as well as workshops and portfolio reviews. The plus? Every weekend during the festival, you can reserve a photo shoot with a professional photographer, in a development studio and get a unique print with the signature of one of the photographers. A way to reconnect with the Twentieth Century tradition of developing photographs in a photographic studio…

Immerse yourself into traditional and contemporary African Art at the Museum of Quai Branly.

This year Africa is on the spotlight in several artistic events, such as the Paris Art Fair which will take place from March 30 to April 2. The Quai Branly has choosen Africa, as the subject for its first exhibition of 2017. Addressing the subject of the road, the exhibition evokes African history and the changes that they have gone through and still go through today, through old and contemporary artworks.

During this exhibition, immerse yourself in the universe of comics, whose common history with contemporary art is very recent. The influence of comics on contemporary art is in fact the product of artistic practices that increasingly include sources of popular and dynamic inspiration, which started with Pop Art and the works of Roy Lichtenstein. This visit will be an opportunity to discover the creative power of three generations of artists with hybrid influences, sharing their love of telling stories through images.
